And just to be clear – those smaller things do matter. But here is the truth of it, you can live your business life in a transactional mindset of the newest apps to try and essentially always try to beat the system. 

OR you can build an incredible foundation that will thrive no matter what happens with the system. I choose the ladder, and incorporate those other elements as part of my business, not all of it.
